Some Like It Hot!

“Some like it Hot...”

An induction cooker uses induction heating for cooking. Unlike other forms of cooking, heat is generated directly in the pot or pan (cooking vessel), as opposed to being generated in the stovetop by electrical coils or burning gas. To be used on an induction cooker, a cooking vessel must be made of a ferromagnetic metal.

Types of Induction Cookers:

Built-In Stovetops Built-in induction stoves are flat sculptured ceramic glass units that can be installed in the kitchen countertop. They are sleek looking and mostly available in black, white, and black with stainless steel trim. They are available is a variety of zone layouts from one burner to multiple burners.

Freestanding Slide-in Ranges Freestanding slide-in ranges are also available with induction stovetops over ovens, and they fit in between counters.

Portable, Single, Standalone Units Portable induction stoves are available in single or double units. More often these units are used to supplement a current kitchen layout. With this type of induction cooktop stove, you can introduce induction cooking whenever and wherever it suits you, and then store the unit when it’s not in use.
